Welcome to our very stylish two-level penthouse at Marbella Dunes. Our luxury Marbella duplex is packed with all the amentities and goodies you would want for a luxurious, quiet and relaxing stay on Costa del Sol.
Our holiday home is located in the private residential luxury complex called 'Venere' in Artola Alta, a quiet upscale neighbourhood in the Eastern part of Marbella. Close to Artola Dunes, Cabopino Beach & Port, Playa de Calahonda, Golf, and just a short drive to Marbella Old Town and Puerto Banús.
The duplex's total surface is 229 sqm (50%, 142 m2 interior + 50%, 149 m2 exterior terraces).
We designed it as a personal holiday home in Spain for our own family and then … work happened and asked us to travel more in the upcoming years. We won't be able to use it as much as we would want to.
And so... we started holiday renting on our own. The excellent reviews we got in the first summer of renting our Mediterranean playground made us happy we could offer such an amazing experience to Marbella-loving-people. 5 stars reviews, big smiles and will-come-back's.

TOP FLOOR.
Guests love the Roof Top Terrace and its awesome sea views.
One of the reasons we bought this holiday home in Spain is the rooftop terrace and the way it makes you feel when you're up there, with a glass of nice wine… looking at the sea views, all the way to Gibraltar and Africa. Looking over Marbella. Looking at the beautiful sunsets. This is what makes our place feel special.
A beautiful lounge corner with a comfortable sofa. Cosy dining table for 8. A gas barbecue. 2 sunbeds.
The roof top is home to a little 6m2 private pool, open for use from March until last day of October. From November to last day of February, we drain it halfway, as it's not warm enough outside to use it.
This part of our family friendly Marbella holiday home is where we and our guests like to work remotely, enjoy after-golf drinks and outdoor dining, or just have private quality family time.
The get to the rooftop all you need to do is climb the living room stairs at the main floor and enter via the guest bedroom.
MAIN FLOOR.
The living area and the second terrace.
At the main floor you'll find a large bright open space living-kitchen-dining, plus a second terrace for dining and lounging, with pool views and the same insane sea and city views.
A comfortable sofa with TV views. A large smart digital TV where you can login to your own streaming services that got you hooked (Netflix, Amazon and whatever else is there).
A massive, wooden elegant dining table for 8 to lay out all those nice dining sets we have if you prefer to dine at home indoors.
The second terrace with access via the living room and the main bedroom. With yet another dining table, soft night lights and a coffee lounge sitting area.
MAIN FLOOR.
The kitchen and its private island.
The designer kitchen features a central island with bar stools and all the cooking items you could need.
Diswasher. Microwave. Large fridge. Electric stove top and oven, and of course, hood.
Quality dining dishes, fancy wine glasses, cooking pots and utensils, cooking basics (salt, pepper, spices, olive oil and vinegar).
Espresso machine & coffee, kettle & tea.
Cleaning products and cleaning tools.
It's a place to show off your cooking skills. The others can sit and enjoy the show.
MAIN FLOOR.
Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom
The Master Bedroom (22 sqm) is at the main floor and sleeps 2 in a very comfortable large bed.
The bed is King sized (180x200) with awesome mattress and linens.
There is a spacious wardrobe and a remote working desk (if you really have to...) and windows & door that take you right out to the main floor terrace.
There are thick curtains and blinds for complete darkness are coming soon (November 2025). Ironing board and iron, checked.
A private bathroom with walk-in rain shower and hair drier is right next to it. Towels and beach towels are included with each stay.
MAIN FLOOR.
Second Bedroom with Bathroom
The Second Bedroom (12 sqm) is also on the main floor and is, for now with the existing setting, ideal as a family bedroom with a family bunk-bed.
The lower bed is 140x200 and the lower kids bed is 90x200. There is a wardrobe which we missed in the photos (sorry) with large windows.
This bedroom has electric blind shutters for complete darkness.
The second bathroom with walk-in rain shower at the main floor is dedicated for this bedroom's guests.
In case there are guests sleeping in the guest bedroom on the top floor, they would have to share this bathroom.
TOP FLOOR.
The guest bedroom
This one is not quite a traditional bedroom. We call it a guest bedroom because it is not fully enclosed. As you climb the stairs from the main floor, going to the top floor, you walk into the guest bedroom.
It is a minimalistic space with a sofa bed (140x200) and a clothes hanger, ideal for 2 children or 1 adult.
The best thing about it is that whoever sleeps here is the closest one to the roof top pool :)
Keep in mind that the guests sleeping here are sharing the second bathroom at the ground floor.

Main floor
On the main level, you’ll find a bright, open-plan space designed for easy living. The modern kitchen comes with a central island and bar stools, perfect for casual breakfasts or evening chats over a glass of wine. The living room features a large, comfy sofa – ideal for family movie nights or a cool break from the sun.
There’s a cozy bedroom with a bunk bed (a hit with kids), plus a spacious master bedroom for a restful night’s sleep. Two sleek bathrooms with walk-in rain showers add a touch of spa-like luxury.
Step outside to the main terrace, where you’ll find another lounge area and a dining table for 8 – shaded, stylish, and made for long Mediterranean lunches.
Top floor
The rooftop terrace is your private sanctuary in the sky. It features a 6m² private pool, a chic lounge set, sun loungers for tanning, and a dining table for 8 – perfect for al fresco dinners by grill. There's even a guest room for visitors who just won’t want to leave.
And the view? Simply breathtaking – with the Rock of Gibraltar, the African coastline, and the shimmering lights of Marbella all in sight.
Community facilities
The Venere community feels like a private resort. At its heart is a stunning turquoise infinity pool, complete with cascading waterfalls that add a soothing soundtrack to your swim. Surrounded by old olive trees and elegant landscaping, it’s the perfect spot to unwind.
For those who like to stay active (or just balance out the tapas), there’s a fully equipped gym, and when it’s time to relax, the Jacuzzi, bath tube and sauna awaits – warm, quiet, and oh-so-inviting.
