Marbella Dunes is a two-level Penthouse in the respected Urbanización Venere, a private, well known residential complex in Marbella, Málaga Spain. Quiet, luxurious and away from all Marbella-loving crowds.
Built in 2024 and directly managed by the owners, with brand new everything, and fully equipped with everything we could think of, it feels elegant, sophisticated, and loved by its owners.
Very spacious, impeccably clean, open for bookings all year long. It has a large roof-top terrace with sea views up to Gibraltar and its own little roof-top pool.
Venere Community comes with a splendid large pool and well maintained gardens, and the spa area includes a gym, sauna and a jacuzzi.
Our Marbella holiday luxury apartment can accommodate maximum 4 adults and 2 children, though many couples book it exclusively to have the entire place to themselves.
Cabopino Golf Marbella is just around the corner. Our location next to a golf course makes the penthouse an ideal choice for golf enthusiasts, all year long.
Cabopino Yacht Port & Beach is just a 15 minutes walk, and an even shorter car ride. Plenty of restaurants on the way to the beach, including the spectacular Da Bruno A Cabopino. and the original Indian Restaurant, Jaipur Palace.
To Marbella's heart, the historical city center, 14 km. Easy ride on the highway.

This elegant apartment is located in a quiet, hillside neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful villas. The beautifully designed interior offers everything needed for a comfortable living experience. A true gem. What impressed me the most was the large rooftop terrace with its own pool and views of the sea and Gibraltar. The interior is brand new, the complex is located in a pine forest, which gives a sense of peace. There’s a huge communal pool. Cabopino Beach is within walking distance. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and beautiful views!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The appartement is very new, well maintained and nicely decorated. The plunge pool on the beautiful roofterrace is a big plus. Nice quiet municipal ground with beautiful pool and sunbeds. Close to marbella and beach. Great communication with owner with clear instructions at arrival and also with concierge who was super helpful. Would book again!

Amazing apartment with absolutely stunning views over the sea and mountains. We were made to feel very welcomed, everything was super clean and the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay (detergent, dishwasher tabs, coffee machine, water, OJ, condiments etc). The terraces are great places for families to unwind and we really enjoyed having a BBQ with the stunning views. The shared pool is also super clean and relaxing - perfect depth for our young kids too. Amazing stay, we have already inquired to book for next year!

The penthouse is very beautiful and the amenities leave nothing to be desired! The entire complex is beautifully laid out and well maintained. Very nice was the communication and permanent support of Sol and Cristobal on site throughout the stay🙏🏼 They took care of every request immediately, were always available and very helpful! Definitely worth a trip and we'd love to come back!

The most magnificent stay! The Penthouse is stunning. We had the most incredible holiday. The penthouse is beautiful with everything you could need; all of the highest quality. The location is so peaceful yet in close proximity to some beautiful beaches/beach clubs. The instructions of how of how to access the Penthouse/guide for using appliances are all in the form of a video which makes everything so seamless. We really didn’t want to leave and would have extended our stay if we could have. We will definitely be back.

We spent 5 great days at the beginning of October in this very nice modern apartment. It is fully equipped, nothing is missing. Practically like living at home 😊 All pictures are real and truthful. Small private pool to cool off on the beautiful large terrace overlooking the sea. Fitness room / Gym / Spa / Sauna / Jacuzzi. Could use everything alone since few tourists were there. Ideal season for quiet vacations. We always had 25-28 degrees during the day. Perfect for swimming (pool/sea). Beautiful beach nearby (Portobino). What to consider: Without a vehicle, you have to walk a long way. The apartment is in an elevated location. We rented 2 scooters in Marbella (13 km away). They were super practical to reach everything and had a lot of fun with it. Otherwise with private car / taxi / Uber.
